- The customer and TYRELL conclude a service contract.
- The freelancer who is at the disposal of the customer receives a project-related contract from TYRELL.
- The freelancer works for TYRELL and carries out the work that arises for the customer.
- The freelancer invoices TYRELL his services.
- The customer receives a detailed invoice from TYRELL according to the service contract.
What are freelancers?
About 4 % of all employees are freelancers. In the pharmaceutical industry there are also 4 % freelancers and this is tending to increase. Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) were the first who became freelancers and who offered their service of monitoring to the pharmaceutical companies and CROs. There are now freelancers in all highly specialised areas of clinical research.
